has to be an Economics IB commentary on the article (linked in the bottom of
the file). I have written the first draft but would like more economic analysis
on the article. As this paper cannot be more than 750 words exactly you may
remove parts that you see are unnecessary. In the Evaluation, suggest a
solution, three positives and three negatives of that solution and how it would
help then in the conclusion to suggest the best solution.
