Financial analysis:
For an airline industry, we need to focus on its advantage
and probability ratios because the industry usually has too much expenses and
liability.
Resources:
There are only two airplane manufactures those are Boeing
and Airbus, so it is beneficial to for the industry to have its own
manufacture.
Capabilities:
Customer service is important for an airline. The airline
should fly on time. the employees should be well trained, and the college the
airline would provide would be helpful.
