Current Event Assignment
here are the requriements
Locate a current event from a newspaper, magazine, Internet, etc. related to a topic covered (or will be covered) in this class.
Your Current Event assignment submission should include the following:
A one paragraph summary of the article
One paragraph that addresses text-text, text-self, and/or text-world connections
A quote from the article. This statement should be a direct quote from the article that shows the relationship to the book.
Formatting; 12 point font, single-spaced, 1 inch margins
Specific chapter number (from your textbook) and title that your current event relates to
A citation for the article, website, etc. or attach your source in your assignment submission…more
